Why should I use Online Garden Design over other landscapers or landscape designers?
We are professional landscape designers AND landscapers, so we understand how to make your garden design not just attractive, but also functional. Being an online service we can charge a discounted rate as we are saving on overheads, as such we offer a very cheap landscape design service. Along with a full landscape design, you will receive do it yourself guides, plant profiles, a complete plant list and maintenance schedule.
How long will it take to receive my landscape design?
You will receive your landscape design package within 7 days of us receiving your site dimensions, questionnaire answers and photos.
How do I purchase a landscaping package?
You can purchase your package from our ‘purchase’ page in the menu, payment is via paypal, or alternatively bank transfer can be arranged by contacting us. Paypal provides a safe transaction platform, protecting both buyer and seller. Paypal also accepts payment by credit card.
Why are your landscape plans cheaper than other Landscape designers?
We offer an online service, therefore cutting out expensive travel time, face to face consultations and administration charges. We pass these savings onto our clients by offering complete landscape design services for up to half the price of traditional landscape design companies.
What if I am unhappy with my landscape plan?
This has not happened to us yet! We ensure that your garden plan is exactly what you are after by asking all the right questions from the start to ensure we understand exactly what you want, need and like. We offer a chance to respond to our initial design outline before we continue to the complete landscape design. However, should you be unhappy with your landscape plan, we will happily amend any changes needed for free. Alternatively we offer a 100% money back guarantee that the product delivered to you is exactly as outlined on this website.
Do you offer any ongoing advice?
Yes. With each design package we offer one year of ongoing advice. Should you have any questions about the design, construction or maintenance of your garden we will happily answer those questions within 24 hours.
Who designs the gardens?
Each garden is individually designed by Dave Limburg. Dave Limburg is a professional landscape gardener with over 20 years experience designing and building landscape gardens. He has created hundreds of landscape designs for a wide variety of clients over the years.
What does my landscape package include?
Your landscape package includes everything you need to work from to guide you to produce your garden yourself as a DIY landscape, or alternatively the landscape plan can be giving to a landscaping company to quote off and work from. Each package includes – A personalised garden design, access to our set of how to guides outlining all aspects of your garden construction, a list of plants outlined in your garden design and an ongoing maintenance plan for your garden. All individualised to you and your garden.
What does the questionnaire include?
The questionnaire is a thorough list of questions including – What utilities do you require? What garden styles appeal to you? What elements would you need to have in your garden? What elements would you like to have in your garden? What is your budget for all landscaping? Will the landscaping be done by yourself, or a contractor? How adventurous would you like your landscape design to be? This questionnaire is effectively our online consultation so it is very thorough. We use your responses as the basis for your landscape design, so the more accurate the answers, the better suited your landscape plan will be to your needs and wants.
Do you offer any garden design consultation services, or small garden bed designs?
Yes. We offer advice and designs for smaller garden beds (as opposed to complete properties), or for those you perhaps have started a garden bed and don’t know how to proceed. Please contact us for pricing.
Can I get a 3D model of my garden design?
Yes. We also offer a 3D garden modelling service, allowing the client to be able to see the garden concept in 3D and make any amendments before committing to building. This is an additional service, not includied in the standard packages. Please contact us for further pricing.
